Delivery Information
Whether you're purchasing diagnostic tools, accessories, or DPF chemicals, we provide fast, reliable delivery across the UK and Ireland.
All customer orders follow the same core delivery structure:
Tracked next‑day delivery for Mainland UK orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 12pm may still be dispatched the same day where possible, otherwise the next working day.
Email updates are issued automatically once your order has been dispatched, including a full tracking code.
Delivery charges are displayed clearly at checkout stage.
Every order is quality‑checked prior to despatch and securely packaged for safe transit using trusted courier partners.
Inspecting Your Delivery
We strongly recommend checking your items before signing. Signing as “unchecked” or signing without inspection may limit your ability to claim for courier‑related damage later.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing components, please notify us within 48 hours and include photos where possible.
Returns Policy
Consumers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund or exchange (excluding sale items).
