UK Mainland Delivery

• Free next working day delivery on all orders over £50 (excl. VAT)
• Orders under £50 are charged at £5.99 (+ VAT)
• Orders are shipped via DPD with full tracking

Off-Mainland UK (including Scottish Highlands & Islands)

• Delivery charges start from £7.00 (+ VAT) depending on order size

European Delivery

• Zone 1 & 2: £24.99 (+ VAT)
  (Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Germany, Monaco)
  
• Zone 3 & 4: £36.99 (+ VAT)
  (Austria, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Eastern Europe, etc.)

Dispatch & Delivery Times

• Orders placed before 11am (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day
  
• UK Mainland orders are delivered next working day
  
• Orders placed after 11am may still be dispatched the same day, but this is not guaranteed
  
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day

If you are unsatisfied in any way at all, please return the unwanted item within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and retain its original labels & packaging. Sale items are not returnable or refundable.
