Modular Licensing System – Flexible Diagnosis Your Way
The LAUNCH Creader Elite X features a unique modular licensing system, allowing you to choose the diagnostic functions that best suit your needs. When activating the device for the first time, you can choose one of the following options:
Option A – Brand Specialist
Choose one vehicle manufacturer from 38 supported brands and receive:

All available service and maintenance functions (16+)

Complete diagnostic coverage for your selected brand
Additional vehicle brands can be added at any time through the integrated software store.It is in US dollars so you can buy on a pay $4.16PCM or $49.90 annually.
Option B – Service Specialist
Choose one service function (such as Oil Reset, EPB or DPF Regeneration) and use that function across all 38 supported vehicle brands.
Additional service functions can be purchased and activated whenever required.
Expand as Your Business Grows
The system is fully modular, allowing you to combine both options over time.
For example: Full Mercedes-Benz diagnostics+ DPF Regeneration for all supported brands
This flexible approach allows you to purchase only the functions you need today and expand your diagnostic capabilities whenever required.
Please note: The Creader Elite X does not include full diagnostic software for all 38 vehicle brands by default. At first activation, you choose either one complete vehicle brand or one service function across all supported brands.

Dispatch & Delivery Times
- Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day
- UK Mainland & Scotland orders are delivered next working day
- Orders placed after 12pm may still be dispatched the same day, but this is not guaranteed
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day

If you are unsatisfied in any way at all, please return the unwanted item within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and retain its original labels & packaging. Sale items are not returnable or refundable.
